Instant Digital Downloads are premade files that are available to download once your payment has been processed. Some payment methods take a few minutes to process.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD OUR PRODUCTS
We cannot offer technical help due to everyone having different operating systems and browsers.
Some mobile devices such as phones and iPads, do not allow for downloading through a link.
How to Download a Zip File:
On a PC or laptop – save the ZIP file to your computer, right-click, and select, “Extract All.” This will create a new file on your computer which you can then open.
If you would like to access the files on a mobile device you will need to add the file to iCloud or Dropbox to get the files on your mobile device.
*On rare occasions, apps on your browser may make things a little wonky during downloading. If this occurs, please try using a different browser.
On a mobile device- you may need to download a file manager app to unzip files on your mobile device. As each device is different it is recommended you search how to unzip files on your specific device.
Most files are sent using PDF format. Most computers have pre-installed Adobe Reader on them, but if your particular laptop, PC, or mobile device does not have a PDF reader of some sort on it, you’ll need one to view the items. Adobe Reader is the most common one and it’s free. You can download it here.
If you can’t find the file once it’s downloaded, try looking in Downloads under My Computer or search the title of the file on your computer for where it could be hiding.
Where to print your files
You may print your files from the comfort of your own home. Please read the Read Me – How to use template file that was included in your download for more instructions on printing and recommended paper for your item.
You may also have it printed by a local photo center like Staples, Walgreens, FedEx, Target, Walmart, or a local print shop.

Please keep in mind that colors may print slightly differently than what you see on the screen. The variation depends on the printer, paper quality, and printing technique used.
All files sold are High Resolution, saved at 300dpi, and are very high-quality files. We are not responsible for the quality of your final print. The print quality will depend on the type of paper and printer used.
